CHAPTER ONE and so it begins
 
1)Shawn yells and punches mike in the eye mike's head lurches back (he is surprised so he misses a turn)
2)shawn pulls out the sword of RIMUS from his back scabbard
3)MIKE with his arms of rock-hardness knocks Shawns sword out of his hands
4)Shawn clenching his fists together, strikes mike mightily in the groin,
5)Mike screams...and in the burst of adrenaline that results quickly draws two knives from his hidden wrist sheaths and lunges at shawn in a mad fury of pain and destruction!
6)Shawn leaps spinning backwards over the many rows of computers and quickie grabs the sword of Rimus which was impaled in the head of some dwarf in the front row of the room. the sword hums shawn is waiting for attack ( I have a magic neck brace on so that I cant have my head cut off okay!?)
7) Mike, still wincing in pain from his groin injury, smashes the head of a troglodyte scag named Jill in frustration. Seeing Shawn with his 3 foot long blade, he hurls his knives at his opponent and reaches for his own Ax of Maiming.
8)Shawn strikes the knives that were hurled at him with the sword of Rimus, mike is surprised as the sword appears to absorbs the knives and hums even louder as shawn becomes more enraged and YELLS THE the words DEVOS DELLE MORBIDO SA CONTAVADIO DEMOS and waits:
9)WHile Shawn is waits, Mike wipes his axe in the blood of the, now dead, Scag. Then rushes in to do battle with his contemptuous foe. Shawn quivers in fear as he sees the axe-blade begin to glow with an ethereal blue aura. (I also am wearing a jet black suit of plat email, with a horned helmet ...similar to the guy on Willow).
10)All of a sudden the 12 characters that are in the computer lab (with the exception of mike shawn and shawns sister who ran home laughing after shawn punched you in the groin) leap ferociously at Mike as they morph into a gargantuan morgoth beast all at the same time Shawn runs out of the rooms only door which Mike cant get to because it is blocked by the
MORGOTH. Shawn starts running the route to the campus bowl.
11) Seeing no escape Mike does the only thing he can do. He says "Today is a good day to die!" and rushes the huge morgoth beast. Within seconds the battle is over...the beast lies in a pile of it's own blood, feces and vomit. Mikes axe glows even brighter as it seems so absorb all the blood from the corpse. Unfortunately, the axe-wielding warrior has taken several nasty cuts to his ribs. He grimly starts his walk to the bowl...stalking his enemy.
12)Shawn (hiding somewhere in the bowl) casts Shadow Walk spell on himself This spell allows shawn to enter normal shadows, travel through them, then exit out other shadows.(within 30 feet of each other) If no other shadows are within the travel distance, Shawn can only stay within the shadow he entered.
13) On the way to the bowl Mike stops to check the wounds he got in his battle with the giant Morgoth creature. To his disgust he sees that the wounds haven't even begun to heal...instead they have started to fester and on closer inspection he can actually see the infection spread to the rest of his body. By the time he reaches the bowl he has started to grow hair all over him and has grown several inches...he has started to turn into a Morgoth...all he can do is HOWL "NoooooooGRRRarrrggghhhROARrrr!"
14)Shawn from his hiding spot is startled when he hears a low rumbling roar......he sheathes his sword of Rimus and leaps into the system of shadows, stealthily, making his way to where he thinks he heard the morgoth that killed his once honorable foe mike!
15)Mike, now a 900lb, hairy, 14' tall giant with a gaping maw full of horny sharp teeth, takes some time to get himself aquatinted with his new body. His magical artifact the AXE OF MAIMING has grown in turn with him. It used to be 4' long with a 1' blade and now it is 8' long with a 2 and 1/2' blade. He had turned monstrous indeed.
16) Shawn arrives to the source of the noise and is shocked by what he sees, judging from the weapons and clothing it is Mike. What a horrible transition. In the security if his hideaway Shawn Quietly takes off his bow of ARIXES and quiver of arrows(those frozen snake arrows like on CONAN)
17) Now accustomed to his huge form, Mike begins his search for the Conniving, magic-using, Thief, Shawn. Knowing that his foe would be trying something involving subterfuge, Mike incants "Tu'athan Dagda Dau'dhui" a protection spell he learned in his time among the faerie of Southern Ireland. With the shield glimmering faintly about him he steps into the bowl.
18) Shawn chalks and lets fly a poison snake arrow from the magic bow of ARIXES from the safest moonlight cast shadow (aiming for the back of Morgoths head)and then scurries away through the shadow system of tunnels. thinking it is strange that mike was glowing!
19) CRACK! Mike falls forward on one knee. The snake arrow that would have buried itself into the back of his head instead ricoche's of the protective shield and the impact of the arrow causes Mike to fall forward.He then realizes that SHawn must be hiding somewhere in the shadows and he has to flush him out. Drawing on his mystic ties to Ireland he reaches through a rift in space and draws the surrounding area of 100 yards to the green isle, where it's 8:30 in the morning and sunny.
20) Shawn is confused, the system of shadows is closing in behind him, now he finds that there is more or less one way out of the shadow walk and that is to battle the mike in his morgoth state! Luckily mike cant strike into the shadow because his mighty axe would just hit the ground. I reach into my bag of ever holding and pull out a glass vial filled with liquid poison that turns to a mist when it reacts with the air. Its not enough to kill the morgoth,but it might render him senseless if only there was a way to administer it!
21) Mike knows the tides of victory have turned in his favor and he bellows "COME and PLay little man, where is your honor or are you afraid to meet what you have turned me into? COME MEET YOUR DOOM! HAHAHAHAHhahaha"
22)Shawn hurls the fragile vile of poison at the face of morgoth. It smashes into the sheild glimmering faintly about mike directly in front of his face, instantly the poison turns into a airlike mist, passing through the sheild and surrounding the mighty morgoth's head in a cloud of
poison,that makes his eyes sting and throat and lungs burn!
23)"Honourless RODENT!" Mike Screams in PAIN! With frustration he cleaves the ground with one great swipe of his axe as he screams "You hide in the earth...well let the earth be your grave"! "ANULE NATHRAK UT BET BET-HUD DOKTIEN NYANVEY". With that a loud rumbling started and another RIFT in space and time opened...and 2 shadow-like creatures poured through. They wavered in the direct sunlight and their sinuous shapes moved eerily toward the protection of the natural shadows. "GO MY PETS...hunt...cough cough..arrggghhh the poison eats at my lungs"
24) Shawn runs out of the shadow and leaps over the two terrible creatures that seemed to ignore in there haste on the way to the safety and comfort of the shade. Shawn pauses for a second, getting a close look at the choking, and nearly blind bohemoth that Mike has become and states "as bad as you look now, it is an improvement". All that surrounds is ocean cliffs to the east and thick forest to the north. Shawn takes off running for the forest reaching into his bag of holding......"Where is that little ivory carved dragon dammit!"
25) After half-an-hour of suffering, the natural regenerative powers of the morgoths gave Mike the healing he needed. Rising to his feet he sent his shadow creatures to look for Shawn, while he pondered his next move. The creatures informed him that the thief had gone North toward the great forest. Suddenly, Mike started to chuckle "FOOL...the Faerie live in the great forest...and they serve me...I will find him and then my army of Faerie will crush him. I think I will summon Todd mightiest of the faeries!
27) Shawn finds the small ivory statuette but is distracted by faries flying around his head. Shawn whisks them and digs a small hole in the topsoil just outside of the forest, placeing the dirt neatly to one side. Shawn places the small dragon inside of the hole and covers it up with the pile of dirt. Turns and runs for cover. All of a sudden the earth seems to rumble and a massive explosion rips apart the ground leaving a large crater. Shawn walks over to the edge of the crater and knocked back in awe as a huge dragon shoots straight skyward from its earthen womb. "MEXSES" Screams Shawn. The Dragon turns, soaring back to earth still at a terrific speed though it seems that it is going straight for Shawn. Shawn, confused starts to run but it is pointless. The dragon grabs Shawn in its massive claws and races skyward again. the dragon gets up to about a mile and then drops Shawn! Alone and falling Shawn is sent spinning by something descending past him at terrific speed. Then all of a sudden WHAM! Shawn lands though barely in the saddle of Mexses saying " you had me going there old friend! now to the sky....we have some damage to do!" the Dragon Roars and the two of them head for the cover of the clouds.
28) Tiring of his walk to the Great-Forest, Mike realizes there must be a better way to travel than on foot. There are ley-lines of mystic energy that cross the world...the Chinese call them Dragon Paths, The Aztecs called them Roads-of-the-gods. Where these lines cross Nexus Points are created, where one might absorb energy or transform himself into the energy and traval fast as light. Believeing on Nexus point to be not to far away, Mike started heading in that direction. Within minutes he arrived at some stone-constructs (similar to Stone-henge) and stepped into the middle of the stone circle. After a few moments of meditiation his form began to waver and he became the energy of the earth. Within seconds he was in the heart of the Great-Forest and he began summoning Todd and his Faerie allies.
29)Circling high above the clouds on Mexses Shawn spots the Huge Bohemoth mike in the centre of the dark coniferous forest. Mexses turns and dives with terrific speed, wings whislting and fire streaming from his gaping jaws, turning the surrounding forest into a nightmare of burning trees,
fleeing animals and a surprised Morgoth.
30) Seeing that his faerie allies have been dispersed that the fire raging all around him, Todd and his Shield...Mike howled in anger. He pulled back his arm and hurled his axe at the fire-belching lizard. Just as Todd, drew back his magical faerie bow and fired 3 arrows in a heartbeat at Shawn.
31) the arrows fly straight and true and are headed for Shawns armor clad torso..........
THWACK......
Mikes axe buried itself deep into Mexses' chest cleaving open his mighty sternum with a crunch......

thwooooopink....
two of the arrows fly past Shawn..the third peirces his armor and lodges into his side.........as shawn screams there is a huge blinding flash........Mexses disappears and shawn is left plummeting towards the ground....followed by a small ivory statuette of a dragon........Shawn in pain from the arrow still lodged in his side reaches for his bag of holding....
32) Mike's mighty throw causes him to stumble, and as he regains his feet his axe of maiming appears in his hands. He looks to where Shawn is and smiles at his plight. Then turning around to give thanks to Todd, he senses something is wrong. His warrior instincts have him diving and rolling before he knows what is going on. IT seems Todd thought to be rid of two Powerful entities that day...three arrows struck the ground where Mike had just stood. The BLOOD WRATH of the his morgoth form suddenly overcame him and he forgot about Shawn, intent only on punishing Todd for his treason.
33) Shawn reaches into his bag of holding and pulls out a charmed chimera feather.....his decent slows as he approaches the ground.......then he lands softly.....Mike is distracted by Todd's attack so he take this opportunity to reach into his bag of everholding put the feather back, and pull out a vial of terrible smelling gel-like substance. He opens the vile, trying not to puke from the foul stench.....and rubs it on the shaft of the exposed arrow.....then stands and runs straight for a tree......forcing the arrow through his torso and out the back....Shawn SCREAMS in pain as he pulls out the arrow by the head...and then he feels rejuvenated by the potion he placed on the shaft.........Shawn turns as he hears a rustling in the woods to the north....[enter jean-paul]
34)A bold figure steps out of the undergrowth into the clearing " I'm J.P.he squeals". He stands holding a tiny little mouse he pulled out of his pants. He's muscular build and acid-wash jeans frightens the men, but also turns them on a bit. He spits on the ground in front of Shawn.....
35) "Pay for your TREASON ELF!" Mikes screams at he cleaves the air with his mighty axe, where todd had stood nano-seconds before. "Where did you go?" Reaching into his pouch Mike grabs his Glasses of True-Seeing and puts them on. "Ahhhh I see you now Faerie!" Seeing Todd heading toward the rustling bushes Mike starts to incant his most terrible spell "DETOVINIA
ASMODEAN ET BEHEAL KINE Cah'BAAL EST DAEMON..."
36)Shawn's body is tense like a tiger waiting to pounce, totally healed from his wounds as a result of the putrid vile. He gazes upon the new warrior and does not like what he sees. He reaches into his back scabbard and pulls out the sword of RIMUS......it glows ever brighter as Shawn holds the mighty sword, ready to defend against this unfamiliar menace......
37)Jp with a quick toss of the mouse into the air, jp snags a mace from behind the bushes and mashes the rodent in mid-air. Drops of blood land on his cheek. He licks it and calls to Shawn. "Come get some." Jp, swinging the mace in one hand, signals Shawn to come closer with the other...
38)Seeing the a new ally/combatant on the field suppress Mike into mispronouncing the last prase of his spell. "KARrrterahh!" he half mumbles, and what would have been a rift into the NINE-HELLS becomes a summoning spell of SHIA'TAN Demon-Lord of the Underworld. Facing one of the nine most powerful Devils in the mega-verse, without a circle of protection, Mike can only wince. With a quick incantation of demon-protection he launches himself at SHIA'TAN, hoping to banish him before to much damage on his lovely Ireland is wrought.
39) Shawn looks over J.P.s shoulder in horror and sees Mike faced on both sides; in front of him,SHIA'TAN and behind him Todd the Faerie king! I'll be damned if anyone will kill that bastard mike but me! Shawn hurls his sword of RIMUS and turns to disappear in the undergrowth...the sword flies spinning over J.P's shoulder straight for the back of Todd's head... kkkkKKKKKWERACK....the sword splits Todd's head wide open, spraying Mike with blood and grey matter.Todd falls forward, his body limp, it turns into essence behind mike. Shawn's sword of Rimus lodges in the ground next to Mike, it's blade glowing bright and humming loudly.
40)Impressed by the spatter of blood J.P. realizes he has found noble competition. He removes the sword from the ground and tosses it back to Shawn. He laughs, like the arrogant fool he is, lifts his mace high into the air and plunges it into the knee of SHIA'TAN. The beast does not notice anything but J.P.'s movement towards him. It back hands J.P., knocking to the ground like a rag doll. Soaked in mud, bleeding nose, and ringing in his ears, the cocky bastard laughs again. Now, he has finally found a battle worth fighting.
41) Reciting the age old adim is his head "the enemy of thine enemy is a friend", Mike continues his battle with the demon without a thought for the able newcomer. Seeing someone of equal hieght and weight with it and attacking with such ferocity Shia'tan begins directing all of its energy into destroying Mike. Gathering his power he emits a terrible heat blast directed at the attacking Morgoth. Mike barely avoids the attack and when he stands up from his dodge, he notices that all the fur on his back has been singed off!
42) Shawn laughs from his hiding spot in the undergrowth because his new enemy had the poor unfortunate judgement to touch his glowing sword of Rimus...thunk.....he sword lands nearby Shawn in the edge of the underbrush...but shawn seems not to notice.. he is too distracted in the fate of the hand that j.P. touched the sword of RIMUS with. "This is gonna be gross" says shawn to himself as he walks out of the thicket and retrieves is sword, which is now humming loudly, frenzied and thirsting for blood....
43)J. P . brushes off the dirt from his face and notices that Shawn is staring at him with a stupid grin. "What is he gay?" J.P. askes himself, then realizing that touching Shawn's glowing sword of RIMUS could have been fatal. "Your sword harmed me not, fancyboy!" J.P. yells out at the petty warrior. With a quick kick of his mace, J.P. catches his weapon in mid air and swings violently that the armed man...and defending man.
44)"STOP YER YAMMERING and help me slay this god-be-damned creature! Then I will personally silence both of you!" Mike shouted as he returned to battle the demon. Blocking one of the demons 8 tentecals with a parry from his axe he entered close quarters with the gigantic devil. Leading with his double- sided weapon he charged Shia'tan's midsection with great vigour. With a loud bang, fire began to erupt all about the battle-field as Demonic figure lost his life essence. Not dismayed by the implications of this, Mike continued on attacking the Demon!
45) Jean Pauls mace clashes loudly with the sword of Rimus...Shawn laughs as Jean Pauls mace seems to have disappeared into the sword (see move 8 above)which hums even louder......Jean-Paul stands defenseless. Seeing that Shia'tan is on the edge of being defeated shawn not concerned with the evil menace which the morgoth is battling. Shawn pulls down the neckline of his tunic and shows J.P. a tattoo of a sabertoothed tiger. "what do you think of my tattoo?," says shawn. JeanPaul looks on in amazement as the tattoo seems to come alive and an 800 pound wrath of fury leaps from Shawns rippling chest at JeanPaul. Shawn turns and runs to the thick part of the forest searching through his bag of holding on the way.
46)The Sabertooth looks down at J.P. prepairing to pounce. J.P., with his handsome good looks was used to creatures pounces on him. He manuever his body inbetween the Tiger and the Demon Shia Tan. Waits, waits, and when the moment was right, j.p. jerks his body scaring the tiger into attack mode. It lunges at J.P., only to be flipped into the back of the powerful demon. All ready pissed off, SHIA TAN spins around and slices the tiger in half with one of it's sharp tentacles. Blood sprays everywhere. Avoiding whipping tentacles, J.P. removes the tigers intestines and begins to use it as a whip. J.P. whips the intestine around the Demon SHIA TAN's NEck. HE holds the beast, only for a few seconds...
47)...Just long enough for Mike to take the flailing demon's right claw, evicerate, and hamstring his left leg all quick succession. Finally with the other-planer being stumbling to push his guts back in and even more fire and lava erupting from the surrounding area, Mike swings his mighty axe and takes Shia'tan's head off cleaning at the shoulders. With the killing blow a huge vortex exploded into form, taking all the escaping energies of the demon back into the 666th level of the abyss. Because Mike and J.P. were so close to the vortex, they began to be pulled into it's ever -hungry depths, along with much of the surrounding countryside.
48) The woods surrounding Shawn started to tremble and shake with a deafening roar. Stopping and looking over his shoulder Shawn sees a slain Shia Tan being sucked down into the earth in a tidal pool of flame and molten matter.The one who calls himself Jaypee and his worthy foe Mike are beeing sucked into the wake of the firey whirl pool from which howling screams come .Screams that it seems, Shawn in his many great adventures, had heard before somewhere in his evil past! "It's gonna be hot down there" Shawn laughs as he pulls of his armor and tunic. All the while watching mike and Jaypee fight the wind that pulls them into the ground. Shawn's torso reveals a plethora of tattoos, a sabertooth tiger on his chest and a chimera on wis back, as well as two attle axes on each of his wrists! Shawn applies a potion of cooling onto his body as Jaypee and Mike finally lose their battle to the pool and are sucked underground. Shawn places everything in his bag of holding (armor, tunic, sword of rimus, dragon statuette) and runs to the gaping hole as to battle axes apear from histattoos into both hands he leaps into the abyss just as it closes behind him.... "Im home he thinks to himself"....
49)Falling after beeing sucked into the chasm with Mike before Shawn dives in....J.P. while falling removes two knifes and attaches them to his wrist bands. They are now like a part of his anatomy. Looking at Mike, he says, "I don't have time to fight you, right now. I'll get you later" as he plunges into the depth of the chasm.
50) Reaching for purchase on the void all around him, Mike reaches for anything that will give him a sense of direction. He Triggers his Wrist Cross-Bow,now the size of a small ballista and sends his grappling hook after Jaypee.When the unbreakable rope of the line stretches tight he knows that he has snagged the fleeing warrior. WIth all his strength he pulls trying to save himself from the void. In his efforts he sees Shawn hurtal past him and not knowing what else to do tries to grab him as well.The Velocity of Shawn added with the force of the void drags Mike even farther into the Void...and RIPS J.P. out of his magical gate as well. With a terrible Howl, Mike, J.P. and Shawn fall into the endless depths of the abyss!
51) The screams grow louder as the three heroes fall into the chasm, shawn reaches into his bag of holding and and pulls out a charmed chimera feather.....his decent slows as Jaypee and Mike continue to fall.....a bright red glow seems to be forming at what seems to be the bottom of the fall......Shawn is laughing.....suddenly all of the screaming stops and there is a flash so bright and hot that it stuns Mike and Jaypee who did not have on potion of cooling.
CERRRRRACK UGNGHFFFFF THUNNNNNKK.
in a noisey heap Mike and Jaypee land so hard on the sandy hot terrain that it knocks them unconcious for a short while. Shawn lands beside them soflty and checks their vitals..."good they are not dead...I may have a use for them later........BAIT... ahahaaha!" Shawn looks around him. The ground seems sandy and firm yet not stable. there seems to be an ethereal red glow that fills this new world yet no acertainable light source for this menacing glow. Shawn looks off to the north and there is a large castle overlooking a black lake. "This doesnt look familiar" thinks Shawn to himself. "This is isnt the realm of Portuna in the 100th level of the abyss"......where am I? "Well first things first" Shawn yells" DEVOS DELLE MORBIDO SA CONTAVADIO DEMOS ACURIO
INJURIAT!" Mikes Morgoth Shape begins to change back to its previous warrior form. There he lies naked,covered under a length of rope and pile of tattered clothes and stretched armour. Shawn walks over to Jaypee, and smirks smuggly, " some warrior he turned out to be" Shawn turns from the two warriors and starts makes his way on foot for the castle which is just over the horizon. Shawn is about a mile away before the other two heroes stir from there rest.(at the same time so as not to give JP the advantage).
52)J.P. rubs his eyes and the bump on his head. Seeing naked Mike, J.P. borrows his body into the ground like a worm. HIs skin changes color to camoflage with the sand. Knives still attached to his wrists, J.P. watches and waits for the proper moment to attack.
53)Mike wakes up and looks around, his clothes and armor lay in a pile on top of him, but he still holds his famous axe in his iron-like grip. Shawn and J.P. are no where to be seen so he dusts himself off and smiles at the fact that the Shape-Changeing spell has finally wore off. Incanting a quick reversel of the spell of growth "INCANTO VERATAM HTWORG" on his equipment he begins getting dressed. Then with nothing else to do he heads off toward the castle in the distance. As he starts walking he hears a rumbling behind him and when he looks he sees in the distance...
round 1
Shawn: Shawn walks up to a small hill and ducks down so that he would not be seen by anyone that may be inside the castle which is still miles away. Their is a low rumbling starting to grow......Shawn is not concerned.. and there is no wind......it is almost surreal....shawn is hungry so he takes out a flask of wine and a small loaf of bread from his bag of holding....and begins to eat....watching both the castle, and for signs of movement back by Mike and Jaypee.
Mike: The rumbling can only be one thing, Mike decides. He quickley accesses his knowledge of the Abyss from his years spent at the Mage Academy in the fabled city of Tir'Na'Nog. The 666th level, the final level of the abyss is the home of the fabled 13 Baal'Rog. One of which is Shia'Tan, the 12 others wage constant warefare on each other. Thus, that rumbling can only be ONE thing, the approach of at least one of the 12 remaining Baal'Rog and his'her armies. Seeking to Crush
Shia'tan in his weekend state...the castle must be Shia'Tan's fortress. Deciding he has been to long without a mount and not wanting to be in the way of the approaching combatents, Mike sounds out a simple summoning spell and reaches through the waves of magic to summon a winged mount. Upon completion a Manticore appears before him, with it's human head, fangs beared, Lion body stretching and giant bat wings extended. He mounts his snarling steed and makes to take off for the skies.
round 2
:Shawn sees dust rising in the direction of Mike and Jaypee....Shawn peers through a looking glass and sees that mike is awake, and riding a steed.....Jaypee is nowhere to be seen...." ha! that Mike must've dispatched that strange little man!!" No matter!".....Shawn looks back to the castle and makes out a lone figure, thin and jet black....no more that a few feet tall......Shawn thinks "there must be something that Mike knows about that castle and that bastard Mike is gonna beat me to it.....Shawn reaches into his bag of holding........
MIKE: THe massive wings of the Manticore beat the air and steadily the great beast rises into the sky with Mike firmly astride it's shoulders. Mike realizes that the only true way to slay a Baal'Rog is to kill it on it's home plane. A plan begins to form in his head...kill Shia'Tan and assume his demonic title as one of the 13 Baal'Rog, this would give him the needed power to kill Shawn that damdable thief. With the added speed of flight, he will beat Shawn there quite easily.

Shawn finds the small ivory statuette of a dragon and digs a small hole in the sand. Shawn places the small dragon inside of the hole and covers it turns and runs for cover. All of a sudden the earth seems to rumble even louder and a massive explosion rips apart the ground leaving a large hole sorrounded by a dune........the dragon flies out and Shawn saddles it saying...." If they didnt know that they have company on this world they will soon!......Shawn takes for the clouds to hide from peering eyes in the castle......looking for signs of Jaypee and Mike through his looking
glass.
round 4
Shawn, from his spot his in the clouds sees through his looking glass, Jaypee who is trying to dig his way out of the sand, Shawn screams you BASTARD! as he directs his dragon too go to Jaypee's
position.......unaware of mikes position......Shawn and his dragon dive at Jaypee's location at speeds that would shake the teeth out of a lesser warrior! the dragon shooting fire from its mouth..........napalm like explosions crashing around Jaypee's half buried and defenseless hideaway
MIKE: Hearing the crash and burn of the dragons breath weapon makes mike turn his head to see what is making all the noise. He see's Shawn on his Damndable dragon and moves in for the kill. His Manticore letting loose with a hail of iron shafts from it's spiked tail, While Mike reaches into his back-pack for his C-22 laser pulse rifle.
round 5
Jaypee:Jaypee spots where the attacker is coming from. "Just a few feet more..." He thinks to himself. When Shawns dragon is just in the right spot, Jaypee stands up straight ripping a large root our of the ground. He falls backwards still pulling at the root. It's tension tightens until itsnaps. the momentum of the pull whips the sharp edge of the root at his attacker.
round 6
Shawn: The napalm-like flames that shoot from the dragons gaping mouth since the start of the dive engulf Jaypee in an agonizingly fatal ball of molten essence and melted sand when he jumps out of his hideaway....the root that he pulls out of the sand is incinerated right before his painfilled eyes but not before the edge of the whip cuts through the sharps thick skin of the dragons front leg......this drives the dragon into a bloody frenzy....it grabs Jaypee in his front talons and bites his blazing body in half.....and then lands in the middle of the towering flames(Shawn has his potion of cooling on move 48)....jaypee's grossly mutilated body still in the clutches of the dragon....Then suddenly a hail of iron from somewhere in the sky Starts to rip through the dragon.... shredding him as
 
CHAPTER TWO teh silent man's ordeal....
round 9
Shawn: Shawn finds himself sitting in a small foxhole like crevasse on The top of The mount high above The rolling sandy plain below and about one mile from The castle.....in excruciating pain from His wounds Shawn reaches into His bag of holding and pulls out a Vile of terrible smelling gel-like substance that disinfects heals and rejuvenates. He applies it to The wounds he received from mikes laser rifle and sighs in relief as The potion takes effect........he creeps to The edge of The crevasse and surveys The land to see where Mike is.....and to gloat at The mess that he made of The once mighty Jaypee's body....Shawn sees The gate of The castle open and streaming out of The dark inner core comes THE massive horde of The Baal'Rog Army followed by a lone small dark waif-like humanoid With no eyes....running in The direction of where Shawn easily dispatched Jean-Paul. The rumbling grows louder as they pass Shawn's hideaway.......What a terrible sight!
REED: "OUCH" Reed moans in pain as he grabs His head, "That is The last time I try to out drink anyone named Slogar ever again". Reed picks himself up off of The ground and takes a lurching step, confused Reed looks around, it becomes fairly evident that he did not make it home last night, actually he is not even sure where in The hell he is, so he looks around for someone to ask for directions, "Oh CRAP" Reed mumbles "where did I park Natalie's car?"
MIKE: Finally reaching The castle sees SHIA'TAN army enter The battle-field, followed by The waif like figure of The Demon Lord Himself. Seeking to steal His life-energies in His weakened state, he
commands His Manticore to dive, While aiming His pulse rifle at SHIA'TAN. As well he begins chanting His shield spell to rejuvenate His armor (see #17) and begins preparing to absorb The soul of The demon!
round 10
SHAWN: Shawn notices that a jet of hot air is coming from below him that he did not notice until now because of The potion of cooling...The crevasse below him is actually a vent for a volcano. Acting quickly Shawn pulls a small thermonuclear device from His bag of holding.....he activates it
and throws it down The crevasse shouting "HUMANA TRANSPORTINA AHAVENA DELLA PLACIA" Shawn is teleported back to The position where he killed Jaypee.
-The mount rips open With incredible force throwing half The mountain in pieces into The air some The size of a tavern. Hot pumice is thrown skyward and a 30 foot wall of lava and mud streams down The mountain side at The speed of 100 kms an hour(I saw it on The discovery channel) This wall o lava will fill The plain surrounding The castle where SHIA'TAN and His army, and The airborne mike are situated in 3 seconds........it will reach Shawn's current position in twenty seconds....
MIKE: Hearing The explosion and knowing that it will spell The end of all His plans if SHIA'TAN is killed in this way, Mike reacts from His gut instincts. He lets His rifle fall from His hands and hang from His shoulder strap While encouraging His mount into a steeper dive. Then he again shoots hi s wrist- crossbow grapple, but this time at The waif-like form of SHIA'TAN. It strikes him around The chest and Mike begins to haul The shriveled form away from The on-rushing mountain. Then he signals to His Manticore to take to higher skies so that he might Diable (soul-take) The energy from The wretched demon.
REED: Hearing a loud explosion, Reed decides it is time to start moving, quickly climbing over a small hill he sees a grotesque looking biped riding what appears to be a once thought to be extinct pterodactyl. Seeing that this form of transportation could be most useful and that The creature riding it is still unawares of His presence, Reed slowly draws His small sword and quickly jumps from The hill to take The creature by surprise. Reed drives The short swords point downwards into The creatures shoulder, and as it yells out and tries to flail about, Reed removes The sword quickly from its shoulder and then decapitates The creature With a quick backwards stroke. As The corpse hits The ground a slow white mist begins to form from it, The sword held in Reeds hand once owned by The man named Slogar starts to take on a sickly greenish brown hue. Not about to question His luck Reed sheaths The sword and takes flight with The bridled Pterodactyl.

round 11
Shawn: Shawn quickly picks up His dragon statuette and The amulet that lay next to he mutilated corpse of JAYPEE and yells "HUMANA TRANSPORTINA AHAVENA DELLA PLACIA"........he ap pears behind SHIA'TAN in midair..... Shawn grabs a hold of The rope from which The sickly waif hangs and pulls up causing for a split second some slack in The rope which Shawn quickly wraps around SHIA'TAN's neck...Shawn grabs The demon and drops His weight causing the combined weight of The two at The end of The rope to tighten and splice through SHIA'TAN's neck which has The consistence of hard cheese.....SHIA'TAN's head pops of and Shawn is falling beside it uncontrollably for The lake of lava that destroyed The demons minions below. The demons torso and limbs are still hanging at The end of The rope.....
MIKE:...and as is customary for The 13 demons from The 666th level of The abyss, SHIA'TAN begins growing a new head, just as The one falling beside Shawn begins turning into insubstantial mist. Mike continues reeling in The now strangling demon and finally gets him up to His lap, where he takes a huge bite at SHIA'TAN neck and begins to suck The creatures soul.
REED: Having taken flight to The sky, Reed takes a look around. Off to His left he sees three figures that appear to be struggling , suddenly one of The figures starts to fall from The sky towards The lava, noticing that The figure appears to be human Reed sends His Pterodactyl hurtling towards The falling figure, perhaps he will make it in time to stop this mans terrible fate...
round 12
MIKE: Feeling The full power of The demon enter His system, can soils His pants and defecates on His mount, His feeble mortal frame can barely grasp The power of an other-planar being. A Mighty explosion ripples The air as a blast wave of heat sears The surrounding atmosphere to super-degree temperatures, 2000 C and higher. At The eye of this blast is Mike on His now transformed mount...he now rides a DRACO-LICH (Undead Dragon) and lets The shriveled corpse of SHIA'TAN fall from His fingers. He too has changed where once he stood 6'2'' and 180lbs, now he is 7'8'' and 320lbs. He skin turned a tough red, With a crimson horn protruding from each temple. Where once he had feet he now has cloven hooves and 4 20' long tenecles protrude from his back. He has become a Baal'Rog, one of the mighty 13 of the abyss, but he is more than that he has the powers of two souls trapped within his chest. He is something new, HE IS SATAN HIMSELF!!!! Mike thinks to himself!
SHAWN: All of a sudden from out of nowhere Shawn's decent is stopped suddenly as some creature has grabbed him by the ankle........thinking that he is soon to be lunch his two battle axes immediately appears in his arms... before he swings he looks up and sees a man controlling The beast....Shawn says " To what do I owe you saving me from a hot swim?............"...the figure on the back of the creature looks at Shawn in silence......Shawn goes on" Look.....either drop me or listen.......(he then explains to the new warrior the situation with mike and how he is now SHIA'TAN and stuff....and how 12 armies herded by 12 supernatural being are on there way to attack............"I say lets go plead with the 12 Baal'Rog allied to defeat SHIA'TAN to join us in defeating mike...."Then" Shawn states "they just may let us die quickly instead of torturing us here forever........wadda ya say?".......
REED: Silence - Reed thinks to himself "what the hell did I get myself into?"
round 13
MIKE: In his new form of 2 souls joined together Mike feels like a god. Still though he realizes that the 12 other EVIL Baal'Rog will soon be after him and since he has no castle or army he needs some allies quick. Seeing Shawn and a new warrior below he decides to make a truce with his foe in order to beat the most evil force this plane or any other has ever seen. "Shawn, What say you to a TRUCE" Mike bellows...You know I am not evil, just an enemy...we must restore the balance to this plane and the only way to do that is to defeat the 12 armies below us"!!!
SHAWN: Shawn says..." let the silent man answer....you just cut him off you dishonorable dick......I think that we should all join forces and destroy The Baal'Rog and make this plan our safe haven ... but first we must see if this man is worthy to fight along side of us........lets see how he gets out of this..." Shawn reaches up with his two battle axes and with the one on the right cleaves of the legs of the pterodactyl and with the one on the left he cleaves of the massive birds beak...about two feet from the end leaving a fountain-like, blood spraying beakless head....the creature spits noiselessly gallons of blood as Shawn drops through the air towards the lava lake below.........
REED: "What The FUCk" Reed boggles at the concept. What luck I have not only do I manage to get myself caught in the middle of a fight but now I find out I just tried rescuing a suicidal maniac who is going to get me killed, he thinks to himself. Noticing he is starting to plummet to the ground Reed considers how horrible his death will be, either the fall will kill me first or the horrible excruciating pain of my flesh being burned off by molten lava. Contemplating his fate Reed is unaware that he has drawn his Short Sword once owned by the man named Slogar, suddenly the Pterodactyl emits a horrible shrieking noise as what remains of it begins to whither. A large white mist begins to form around the Pterodactyl and the mist begins to turn pink as the blood from the bird begins to be absorbed by the mist. Suddenly the bird plunges into the lava spraying it like water to a large stone, and amazingly as the mist seems to touch the lava the lava starts to turn black and solidify. Reed, stunned that he is still alive and uninjured gets back up on his feet, looking around he sees that he is standing on a small crystalline island approximately 200 feet in diameter. Under his feet Reed sees what remained of he bird has been imbedded in the surface of the crystal. A slow burn begins to form in the back of Reeds mind and dim light seems to form in front of his eyes, Reed grasps his head and falls to his knees moaning in pain.
round 14
SHAWN: Shawn as he is falling throws his small statuette of MEXSES the dragon from his bag of holding towards the lava......it lands in the lava and then explodes in a massive spray of molten magma....out of the mayhem rises Shawn's dragon Mexses...it grabs Shawn in its talons and heads skyward. Shawn crawls around to the mount with the aid of Mexses and turns to swoop down and rescue Reed from his precarious situation......"Wow" Shawn says to Mexses," I don't know how, but the silent man sure managed get himself out of that easily, truly he shall be a worthy associate in our destroying of the Baal' Rog.....I just hope that we can trust that bastard Mike.......Keep an eye on him old friend!"...........Mexses roars in agreement as the approach the silent warrior caught on the crystal island in the see of molten Lava.
Reed: "God" Reed mutters to himself "Is this what an aneurysm feels like". He clenches his hands over his eyes and moans in pain. From above Shawn and Mike can both see a dark swirling cloud forming around Reed, it starts gathering speed a breeze begins to whip his hair and clothes around him, but Reed just seems to kneel their with his head in his hands.
MIKE: "Let's see, let's see...what do we need to defeat 12 armies from the abyss lead by 12 powerful demon lords...hmmmmmmm. First we must get an army of our own. We are now the Triumvirate...The DESTROYER...ME, The Creator..Shawn and this new ally must be the Protector...we shall see." Taking a hold of his new energies and power Mike begins summoning on the force of the plane and directs his mind toward the lava below them. "COME TO ME CHILDREN...COME TO YOUR MASTER AND PROTECT HIM!" With that the lava below the 3 allies began to bubble and glow an eerie green.
round 15
MIKE: The lava below began to form into manlike shapes with many arms and crawl toward the edge of the lava pits. As many as 1000 shapes could be seen dragging themselves onto "dry" land. Each Shape had a single gem in the middle of it's misshapen forehead and with the supernatural vision given to most immortals a faint green line could be seen tying each gem to Mike. As soon as the Shapes reached solid ground they formed themselves into ranks...row upon row ...waiting Mikes command. Mike continued to Chant giving his golems of destruction the energy needed to create some semblance of intelligence and order. Then Flying to their forefront rank he landed and bid one single golem forward...directing more energy toward it's glowing gem.
SHAWN: Seeing that the silent man is going through some shape change like ordeal of his own and recognizing that he is safe from the burning lava signs Mexses to take for the sky to get a better view of what is going on at the castle of Shai'tan.......Shawn pulls out his eyeglass and gets the castle into his sight.......What he sees alarms him.....the castle that was once overrun with hordes of the 11 evil armies is now barren......there is no sign of life....save for a few creatures eating the bodies of the slain Shai'tans castle guard........Where did they all go Shawn thinks to himself?
REED: The wind begins to whip faster and faster around Reed, and loud howling that could be mistaken for the wind begins. Humanoid silhouettes begin to take shape from the fog that now twirls around Reed, faces posed in horror and screaming their eternal damnation. Reed lifts his head towards the sky, but strangely his eyes glow in a sickly greenish hue, slowly his body begins to lift from the ground as the silhouettes begin to strike his body and seem to absorb into his being, the small whirlwind that formed beneath Reed now seems to slowly dissipate.
round 16
SHAWN: Shawn heads for the top if the level so as to not be seen by the creatures feasting on the dead around the castle of Shai'tan. He reaches it and signals to Mike to not make it known to the creatures that they will soon feel death from above from the magical Mexses.............Shawn and Mexses make for the castle at breakneck speeds.........high above the discovering eyes of those surrounding the castle.............. the creatures at the castle stop there feasting and pick up the weapons strewn around the battlefield. There is only about 15 or 20 of them visible outside of the castle........maybe more inside........but where in the hell did the rest all go?..............
REED: As the last of the wind starts to dissipate Reed's body floats off towards the castle slowly picking up speed.
MIKE: Working like a sculptor with the magical forces around him, Mike directs his energy into the single golem in front of him. Creating a larger and tougher build and giving the creature more innate intellect...he reaches into his backpack of holding and draws forth a Great-Sword. Then casting his enlargement spell he makes the already 6' sword...become 12' long and 2' wide. This he hands to the larger golem who now stands 18' tall. As he was doing this the army of golems separated themselves into 10 units of 100, 5 ranks deep and set about following the enhanced GENERAL.
round 17
SHAWN: Shawn pulls out his Charmed feather of Chimera and tucks it into his belt......when he arrives over the top of the castle he signals to Mexses to circle above the castle and to keep an ear out so that he can retrieve him after he goes through the castle......Shawn jumps off of Mexses with his SWORD OF RIMUS drawn and descends at silent breakneck speed towards the top of one of the castle's towers....as he approaches the top of the roof his decent slows and he lightly touches down on the roof of one of the towers..... the creatures surrounding the castle are unaware of Shawn's presence on the roof..............
REED: Quickly Reed traverses the distance between the small island and the castle, landing in the courtyard of the castle Reed is unaware of the creatures that have watched his descent and are now readying their weapons and preparing to attack.
MIKE: Lining his troops on the Battle field in 10 porcupine squares, Mike commands his army to remain vigilant while he again takes to the sky to meet up with his allies. The golems on the outside of the squares have formed 13' long poles ending in long jagged spikes., while those on the inside have crouched and made shields from the surrounding earth...making each square an armored moving unit. Mike harnesses his pulse rifle and draws his Axe of Wounding and heads toward the Castle.
round 18
?????:From deep within the bowels of the abyss� something stirs�
MIKE: Still on the way toward the castle, Mike peers through his scope of True-Seeing...and what he see totally blows his mind. The armies haven't left...they are still at the Castle only they are invisible...Moving through the 4th dimension...so that they might surprise his allies. Any moment they might step out of the alternate dimension and attack Shawn and the silent one. As well Mike sees the silent one descending into the waiting arms of 10 savage creatures...Mike takes aim and lets off a FULL-AUTO burst with his laser pulse-rifle at the waiting monsters!


SHAWN: Shawn hears the blast pulse rifle rounds strike the ground below..........in invicerates in mid air a few feet from the ground behind the silent man showering him in warm blood....it appeared as though something was behind him............the blood also covered the hidden enemies......giving away the location of about a dozen or so more enemies the silent man is surrounded by a bloody ...half visible horde bent on his destruction.........."invisible.....
....damn" Shawn thinks to himself......" I wonder how many of them there are........?......Shawn yells.....".MEXS......[interrupted]
All of a sudden Mexses comes flying by the castle peaks spewing flames at the ground around the silent man........to Shawn's surprise everywhere Mexses unleashes its fury more charred bodies and flaming victims appear....."there must be a whole army down there!"..............Mexses grabs the silent warrior with its talons, from the middle of the mass of burning bodies getting trampled by invisible warriors.........and then heads for the top of the castle to catch Shawn who has Jumped off of the highest peak of the castle to meet Mexses in mid-air..................THWUMP......Shawn lands in Mexses' saddle as they head for the cover afforded by altitude...
REED: Stunned Reed opens his eyes. � What is going on here? � He thinks to himself, realizing the last thing he remembers is having a major migraine. Looking around he notices he is covered in blood and that there are pieces of creatures lying on the ground. Grasping his short sword tightly, Reed swings in a wide arc, feeling some resistance as his blade passes threw something solid, frighteningly a creatures appears in front of him grasping at a large wound in its chest as a white mist begins to seep out from underneath its hand. A sudden feeling of dread fills Reed as he realizes that he is surrounded by invisible creatures, his actions inspired by dread, he flails about with his sword attempting to strike anything unseen. Feeling something dig in to his side, quickly he turns about revealing a large lizard like creature with red eyes and swings his blade about to dispatch his assailant....
round 19
SHAWN: Watching the silent man carefully Shawn blocks the blow to Mexses with his Battle axe....Mexses sensing the danger grabs the man he rescued tightly with both talons so he cannot strike again.........Shawn shouts down to the man in the dragons powerful grasp and explains to him that he and Mexses are his rescuers and that he must be calm lest Shawn drop him from this dizzying height and let him do battle with the legions of Baal Rogs himself............."Now if you agree to join us in our struggle you may get out of this plane alive.....but if you persist..... I will without a second thought of it leave you in this damned place to fight the armies of the Baal Rogs yourself..........ALONE.........Now if you agree you can join me in the mount and we can meet up with our allies.....if not you are free to go...........DOWN................you are the writer of you own fate my silent friend.
